CHARLOTTE, NC — Charleston, SC-based FishBait Solutions, LLC – a sponsorship marketing, consulting and activation agency that represents several national brands - has partnered with North Carolina-based Wright Creative to bolster content and brand-building efforts.
The two independent firms will kick off their relationship by collaborating on the America250 initiative, a multi-platform storytelling effort to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary in 2026 with inclusive programs. They will also collaborate on the South Carolina Liberty Trail and several projects focused on initiatives for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
FishBait Solutions, whose clients include Anheuser Busch, Capital One and Dollar General, has expanded its services to include content production and marketing communications. This newly forged relationship will integrate Wright Creative - a company founded by journalists whose backgrounds are rooted in untold stories - to conceptualize and tell stories for diverse entities.

Heather, a journalist-turned-marketer, leads its fast growing branded content efforts. The company has developed a deep roster of clients that includes TIAA, Sunbelt Rentals, Trane, Parkdale and Kellogg (for whom the agency developed award-winning social content to elevate food justice).
Heather is CEO and Mark, a former writer at ESPN Magazine and The Undefeated (now Andscape), leads the video production business, having produced work for corporate clients, including AT&T and Sunbelt Rentals.
“We are journalists, strategists, and creatives,” explains Heather, a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University who built her journalism career at several high-profile media outlets -- including Entertainment Weekly, Essence Magazine, and Martha Stewart -- before serving as an agency Executive Creative Director. “Our remit is typically content, but our clients love knowing they have access to strategy and subject matter expertise, too.”
The collaboration with Wright Creative, a certified 100 percent Black- and woman-owned business, will enhance FishBait’s offering in the content space, and ensure diverse voices are telling the culture’s stories.

FishBait Solutions brings more than 30 years of experience to sponsorship development and activation. With offices in eight states, the company works in six key areas: collegiate sports, youth sports, country music, food festivals/travel, American heritage and outdoor lifestyle.
